We are pleased to offer complimentary returns for products returned in original unopened and sellable condition.
Product(s) purchased in the U.S. on https://us.smnovella.com/ may be returned for a refund if the products are returned in their original unopened and sellable condition within 15 days from the date the package was received, along with a copy of the Sales Receipt and completed Return Form. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit in the form of a gift card.
We have a strict return policy for all items returned not in original and sellable condition. If clients wish to receive the product back, they will be charged for the shipping expense of the returned item. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Please contact Customer Service by email at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included in the Return Form, and FedEx return shipping label. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
Returns may be mailed back to Santa Maria Novella USA using the FedEx return shipping label provided by Customer Service. Please contact Customer Service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance. No return will be accepted that has not contacted Customer Service first to authorize the return.
Refunds are processed within approximately 15 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the site. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
No Cancellation or Changes

Santa Maria Novella does not offer returns for products shipped to Canada. We do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’ (i.e. if you decided you did not like the purchase or if you had no use for it) or under any other circumstances where the product is not faulty or defective. In the case that a product is faulty, defective, or the package is confirmed lost, a refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the site.
