Italmobiliare has committed to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). Its 2030 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction targets have already been validated by the SBTi, and its Net-Zero target for 2050 has been formally established.
The Officina has signed and promotes the Women's Empowerment Principles, established by UN Women and the United Nations Global Compact, in confirmation of its commitment to gender equality as essential to every person's professional growth. The Principles are explicitly referenced in our Code of Ethics and guide a workplace culture grounded in fairness, respect and the development of our people.
