• Description

  Notte, meaning night, completes the Candele delle Ore collection, a series of four candles structured around the hours of the day: morning light, midday heat, evening warmth and night's depth. Notte draws on incense and dark woods, referencing aromatic materials burned in the convent of Santa Maria Novella during evening prayer and nocturnal ceremonies in the early Dominican tradition. Each candle is heat-stamped with the Officina monogram and finished by hand. Ø 8,4 cm, 7,5 x H 10 cm
  

• How to use

  Place on a heat-resistant surface before lighting. On first use, allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface. Trim the wick to 3-5 mm before each use and keep it centred. Do not burn for more than three hours at a time. Extinguish with a candle snuffer. Never leave unattended, and do not move while lit or while the wax remains liquid.
