When will my account be debited for the order that I placed on your e-commerce site?

Your credit card will be charged when your order is confirmed. If a product ordered is not available, our Client Service will contact you by email. You can choose between proceeding the order, without the unavailable product.

What do I do if my payment is refused?

In case of refused payment, your order will not be received in our systems. Please check with your bank for any limitations, or try a different card or method of payment to complete your order.

How do I access my receipt?

Your order summary will be sent to you by email once your order is confirmed. Your order information  will also be accessible in your "My Account" area on the website.

Are Taxes included in the selling price of your products?

Our prices are always inclusive of Taxes for US orders. The amount of Taxes charged is stated both in the order summary and on your order confirmation. For orders shipping to Canada. The shipping fee that you see on the checkout page does not include a possible brokerage fee or duties that you could be charged when you receive the package. Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella is not responsible for those fees and they are not reimbursable.

How can I get a commercial invoice?

If you need a commercial invoice, please contact our client service at clientserviceusa@smnovella.com before placing an order. This operation cannot be done through our website.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We currently accept all the credit cards listed on our website, as well as PayPal USA.

Do you accept “cash on delivery” payments?

Cash on delivery is not available as a payment option on our website.
