Items purchased through our website may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Once accepted, a refund is issued to the original payment method. To initiate a return, please write to our advisors, who will provide your return authorisation and label. Items purchased in one of our locations must be returned to the location of purchase and cannot be processed through the website.

At present, we do not offer direct exchanges. Should you wish to receive a different product, we invite you to return the original item in accordance with our returns policy and place a new order at your convenience.

Items purchased in our locations may be returned directly to the location where the purchase was made, within 30 days of the original purchase. Returns of purchases made in our locations cannot be processed through our website

Please write to our advisors with your order number and they will arrange your return label promptly.

We recommend using the carrier indicated in your return label, as this ensures your parcel is fully covered throughout its journey back to us. Should you choose to use an alternative carrier, please be aware that we are unable to take responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during transit.

Should any product arrive in a condition that falls short of what you would expect from the Officina, we ask that you write to our advisors as soon as possible, including your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging. Our team will review your case and ensure the matter is resolved with care.

Once your return has been received and confirmed, your refund will be issued within 14 days. The amount will appear in your account within 2 to 3 working days of your refund confirmation email.

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unfortunately unable to redirect a refund to an alternative card or account.

Items received as gifts may be returned, provided they meet the standard conditions of our returns policy. As refunds are issued to the original payment method, the reimbursement would be directed to the person who made the purchase. Alternatively, the item may be exchanged for another of equal value.
