• Is a gift receipt included with gift orders?

  Orders are accompanied by a delivery note which lists the items included but does not display any prices, making it suitable to enclose directly with a gift. Your full receipt is sent separately to your email address at the time of confirmation.

• How do I send an order as a gift?

  At checkout, you may select one of our gift presentation options, including our signature gift box. A personalised message may also be added in the notes field. Your receipt will be sent only to the email address provided at the time of purchase, ensuring the recipient's experience remains undisturbed.

• How do gift cards work?

  Digital gift cards are delivered by email directly to the recipient at the time of purchase. They may be used on the regional website from which they were purchased and are not transferable to our locations or to other regional websites. If you would like to send a gift card, it may be selected and personalised directly from our website.

• How do I redeem a gift card?

  To redeem a gift card, enter the code provided in your confirmation email at checkout. Gift cards may be used on the regional website from which they were purchased and have expiry date.
