Creating an account is straightforward. Visit the My Account section of our website, where you will be guided through a brief registration. Once registered, you will be able to track your orders, access your purchase history and be among the first to hear about new arrivals and exclusive moments from the Officina.

Registering with us allows you to follow the progress of your orders, access your full purchase history and order summaries, reorder your favourite products with ease, and manage your personal details at any time.

At present, in-store and online accounts are managed separately and are not yet linked. If you hold an account at one of our locations, you will need to register independently on our website, and vice versa. We are working to unify these systems and will share more as this develops.

A full order summary is sent to your email address as soon as your order is confirmed. If you hold an account with us, your order history and summaries are also accessible at any time from the My Account section.

Visit the My Account section of our website and select the forgotten password option. An email will be sent to your registered address with instructions to set a new password.

To subscribe, please enter your email address in the newsletter field at the bottom of our homepage. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the end of any newsletter you receive. We send only news and discoveries we believe to be of genuine interest.
